In August 2007 we looked at several ocean-front and ocean-view condos to purchase and chose L301 at Papakea based on it's rare location and incredible 180 degree ocean view. We plan to make some changes with each visit that will add to the enjoyment of this wonderful condo.

Our beach home got an extensive makeover in March 2008 including a kitchen remodel with maple cabinets, granite counter tops, and new appliances. We have a glass-top stove set in the kitchen island so that the ocean view can inspire some island-style cooking. We love the new furniture for the living/dining area. Also new bedding, artwork, fresh paint, and tv/dvd/cd center was added.

In April 2009, we added new bedroom furniture and some additional nice Hawaiin artwork.  We also added a small flatscreen tv with DVD in the bedroom.
